7th Commander
COLONEL ROY E. HULTZ -  Served from 1/16/1946 to 1/29/1946
He was appointed commanding officer on 1/16/1946.  He succeeded Colonel Medorem Crawford Jr. who had been transferred to Fort George E. Meade, MD. He had been the camp's Executive Officer since 12/11/1944. He also had been the commanding officer of the Prisoner of War Camp at Camp Reynolds since12/11/44. He replaced Major Pyles as CO of the POW Camp. The last POWS left the camp on Wednesday 1/16/1946.
He served for about two weeks.

Major Hultz's wife was Mrs. Lola Hultz and she resided at 237 Middle Avenue, Elyna, Ohio
